Beam Shapers
1. Lens Array Homogenisers
▶ Description
These lens array homogenizers are carefully designed to produce flat-top spots at the focus of a lens; simultaneously maximizing
performance and efficiency. The lens can be made concave to eliminate inter-system focal planes or even toroidal to produce
rectangles while maximizing efficiency.
Lens array homogenizers can be used to create line, square, rectangular and hexagonal intensity distributions specific to an application,
while remaining highly insensitive to beam alignment and input distribution. The lens arrays can either be used in a single array or
dual "fly's eye" configuration to balance the performance and cost of any application

2. Axicon Array Homogenizers
▶ Description
PowerPhotonic's axicion array homogenizing beamshapers use a unique freeform direct-write process to fabricate customized axicon array surfaces
in fused silica. These axicon array homogenizers are carefully designed to produce ring shapd spots at the focus of a lens; simultaneously maximizing
performance and efficiency.
The axicons are laid out in a hexagonal formation in order to maximize the uniformity of the intensity distribution around the ring.
Axicon array homogenizers are highly insensitive to input intensity distribution and positioning within the beam, unlike traditional axicon elements.
PowerPhotonic's fabrication technology also offers the ability to change the thickness of the ring, as well as the extinction ratio in the ring center, by
precisely altering the characteristics of the axicons within the array.

3. Single Mode Laser Beamshapers
▶ Description
Powerphotonic's single mode field mappers use a unique freeform direct-write process to fabricate customized single mode beamshaping
surfaces into a fused silica substrate.
These single mode beamshapers are carefully designed to transform a single mode beam into a variety of image shapes at the focus of a
lens, providing the highest performance in shape and efficiency without adding additional speckle or diffraction artifacts.
PowerPhotonic's fabrication technology can generate field mappers to produce a wide selection of shapes and intensity distributions
including square, round, annular and more. These field mappers are offered in a 1 optic or 2 optic solution, allowing for optimal tradeoffs
between cost and performance.

4. Prime Beamshapers
▶ Description
PowerPhotonic's Psuedo Random Intensity Mapping Element (PRIME) beamshapers use a unique freeform direct-write process to fabricate
a highly non-uniform surface in fused silica.
These quasi-random optics are designed to impart a well-defined and tightly controlled divergence angle which range from fractions of a
degree up to 10 degrees (FWHM) with potential transmission efficiencies in excess of 99%.
The PRIME beamshapers can be used to create highly aritrary intensity distributions specific to an application, while remaining highly
insensitive to beam alignment and input distribution. Examples include of intensity distributions include annuli, tridents, ramps, skewed
Gaussians and more.
